You will begin your tour at 8:00 am going towards the interior of the Oman Al Dakhiliyah region. On the way you will stop in the scenic Fanja village. Then you will reach Nizwa\u00a0 (the former capital of Oman), characterized by its unique architecture, busy market, old defensive fort and castle. Enjoy shopping different for local food, especially dates. Then you will walk to Nizwa Fort which was built in middle of the 17th century AD by Imam Sultan bin Saif Yarubi and the castle which was built in 9th century AD by Imam Assalt bin Malik Alkharousi. Next, you will go back to Muscat and visit an ancient (2000 year) old water canal (which is used until today for irrigation) and the old village of Birkat Al Mouz on the way back.<\/p>\n
